Custom Artwork & Commissions

• Custom pieces are made to order and require full upfront payment.

• Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Turnaround time will be discussed prior to confirmation and may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

Returns & Refunds

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

• If there is an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect item sent), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Copyright & Usage

• All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.

• Purchasing a piece does not grant the buyer reproduction or resale rights.

• Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the artist.

• Please note that colours may appear slightly different in print or on screen due to monitor settings and printing variations.

• Each piece is created or printed with care, but slight variations may occur due to the nature of handmade and custom work.
